(the "Company"), 100 E Broad St Ste 230, Columbus, OH 43215, United States, at www.njrcap.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JSR ANESTHESIA INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Site and supersede any prior understandings about the Site. They do not modify any separately executed agreement between you and the Company.
The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted at www.njrcap.shop/terms-of-service with the revision date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
